While sterling silver is a precious metal, the plating adds an extra layer of protection and beauty. To keep your jewelry looking its best, it's important to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and moisture, as these can wear down the plating over time. If your jewelry comes into contact with water, simply dry it with a soft cloth or tissue to maintain its luster and prevent tarnishing

 

Freshwater Pearl 

To care for freshwater pearls, avoid contact with chemicals like perfume or hairspray. Wipe them gently with a soft cloth after each wear, and store them separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Keep pearls away from heat, water, and abrasives.

- A 3 USD shipping fee applies.;

-We estimate you will receive your order within5-12 business days after departure;

-Free shipping for orders over 100 USD.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept regular returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order delivery date — no reason required.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns about your package, please contact our customer service team at choccykiss@163.com with your order number or email address. Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return or exchange process.
 

Please note that Choccy Kiss is unable to cover return shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty Policy

We offer free replacement for products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects, within 100 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at choccykiss@163.com or via WhatsApp with photos and your order number for assistance..

- All defects like breakage or tarnishing, are covered under this warranty — we’ll make it right with a quick, free replacement.

- It does not cover issues resulting from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
